For the Make-a-Thon Sustainability Competition my team and I designed a cooler that powered a Stirling engine. The energy from the engine could be used to charge phones and other devices off of completely clean energy. The ideation sketches were created by my team members while I was responsible for the 3-D modeling and rendering. The cooler, engine, rendering, and a presentation board can be found below.

The full cooler assembly

The engine by itself with the final color scheme (Rendered in Keyshot)

Here is an animation of the Stirling engine subassembly created in SOLIDWORKS:

Our presentation included several slides similar to the one below. The slide was created by the design students on my team, utilizing renderings I had made as well as their ideation sketches.

A final rendering of the cooler with the engine was created in Keyshot and used in our presentation to show practical situations for the device to be used in.
